i can't export my psd to live2d

I need help when I move my psd to live2d it does not load the textures I use the version 4.1.00 pro I also tried the previous version, I have been struggling these days with this problem I already read the manuals many times my psd is in rgb to 8bits I also copy the ones Layers to another psd also provided other psd of other works and those load without problems please I would appreciate if they solve it soon this problem delays my work :(
