Hi, I've been looking around for some help but I can't seem to figure out what's wrong.
Only the splash screen appears, and I already tried redownloading, but the actual program isn't booting up

I know you are in a hurry, but please don't write the same thing here and there.
We prioritize questions that clearly state the necessary information and respond to them in order.
You sent me an email the other day with the exact same information.
I replied to the following on Dec. 17. Did you see it?
-------------------
Does the following work to improve the problem?
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Live2D
Delete this "Live2D" folder, and then reinstall Cubism Editor.
Does Cubism Editor launch normally?
(Before deleting the "Live2D" folder, please make a backup copy of it to another location.)

I will only respond in this discussion, as there is a lot of duplication of content. I will not reply elsewhere.
Best regards.
For some reason, I did not receive the reply. I'm truly sorry for posting all around, I was trying to get in contact with anyone but I wasn't getting any replies.
I tried the solution that you recommended but it did not work, It is still giving me the same error.
Thank you so much for your time.
Thank you for the reply.
Are you using a custom theme for Windows?
It seems likely that the custom theme is having a negative impact on Java.
Please remove all custom themes, applications, etc. and try to see if Cubism Editor starts up properly.
Best regards.
