    Hello!
We are sorry for asking so many times.

    Check out the following.

    [1]
Close all firewalls and antivirus software.
    Does the Cubism Editor start?

    [2]
    C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Live2D
Please copy the contents of the folder "Live2D" and make a backup.
Next, delete all the contents of the folder "Live2D".
    Does the Cubism Editor start?

    [3]
    C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Live2D\Cubism4_Editor\logs
Do you have a text file log here?
Please attach it to your DM and send it to me.

    [4]
After double-clicking on the Cubism Editor icon, is there a "Cubism Editor" item in your Windows task manager?

If the "Cubism Editor" item exists in your task manager, please use callstackgetter to send me a log.
(I sent out a DM the other day.)

If the "Cubism Editor" item doesn't exist in your task manager, please let me know about it.

    Best regards.
  • @Enoko(Staff) When I tried again on my PC, I still cannot open Cubism Editor. Even after double-clicking the icon, nothing came up. Is the software not compatible with AMD Ryzen? Because I have no problem opening the software on my laptop that is using Intel i5 7200U.
  • @charlulu_p0tter

Have you tried all of steps [1] to [4]?
Sorry for the inconvenience, but please try them all and let me know the results.

We currently don't know if Ryzen is the cause of the problem or not.
In order for us to investigate the cause of the problem, we need answers to questions [1] to [4].

Is your computer 32-bit or 64-bit?
The Cubism Editor is only compatible with 64 bit versions of computers.

Hi, I am having the same problems. Double clicking the software does nothing. No prompt or anything.

    - Live2D Cubism Editor 4.1
    - OS: Windows10 64bits
    - Graphics Specifications: Radeon RX 590
    - CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
    - Memory: 16GB

I tried steps 1-4 with the same results as @_oni__ got. I tried the steps in the link you posted with no results either. I have the error text copied but having problems trying to find where to post it since the instructions are in another language.

If I may, the error that the command prompt shows is only a single line of text, "& was unexpected at this time."
