Exported animation is too fast

Software versions:
  1. Live2D Cubism Animator 2.1.06
  2. Unity3D 5.3.3 p2
  3. Live2D SDK Unity 2.1.00_1
I've downloaded standard Haru model here.

First. Let's try read-to-use animation from standard package. And it's okay. http://take.ms/SDSHM

Next. Let's open model source in Animator and export idle animation manually. And it's definitely not okay. http://take.ms/vBZsA

What am i doing wrong? Is it bug in Animator? Or SDK?
