Unable to download Cubism Editor — server connection error

Good afternoon! I haven't been able to download the Cubism Editor installer from the official website for several days now. Direct links (for example, download.live2d.com ) also do not work, the browser gives the error "there is no connection to the site".

What was done:

· I tried using different browsers (Chrome, Edge).

· Disabled the antivirus and added the downloads folder to Windows Defender exceptions.

· I changed the DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1.

· I tried to download the old version 4.2.

Please help me solve the problem or provide an alternative download method. Thank you.

It gives no problems to me, could be that your ISP/country blocked the access ?

Thanks for the reply. My system:

• OS: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit

• PC Model: MACHENIKE Star 15

• Processor: 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12450H (12 CPUs), ~2.0GHz

• Memory: 16384 MB RAM (16 GB)

• Graphics card: Intel(R) UHD Graphics.

But there is also INVIDIA, but it is unclear why the dxdiag diagnostics did not show this.

I tried clearing the cache earlier, nothing has changed, it's the same with the link.

The download page on the official website freezes — the button does not work. I tried using the phone connection this way.

Unfortunately, I can't attach the photo, there the file starts downloading, writes the download numbers, but then everything resets to zero, and no matter how long you wait, the download still does not go, and then it gives an error.
