help I'm having resolution limits when I've paid for pro

hey i made an animation and I tried to export it but it still gave me limits my res was 2756 X 4134 and I tried shrinking it down to 2756 X 3411 but i exported it and I got a corrupted file (I've tried with a smaller canvas before that was 1378 X 2067 and I got trashy quality and all my airbrush shading got screwed up) how do I fix this or export it with good quality?

First, please refer to the following manual to check your export settings.

If this does not solve the problem, please tell us which PC environment you are using.
Also, please tell us what settings you used to export the video.

- OS and version: (e.g. Windows 10, macOS HighSierra)
- PC model: (e.g. MacBookPro 2017)
- Graphics specification: (e.g. GeForce GTX 950M)
- CPU: (e.g. Intel Core i7-7700)
- Memory: (e.g. 8GB)
- Illustration software used (e.g. Photoshop, ClipStudio, SAI)

In the following data box, please store the animation file that is causing the problem, the complete set of model and image files that have been placed, and the log file.
