Can't export after updating

Suddenly can't export one of my models after i updated. It starts the export progress bar but then instantly closes. I can export other models without issues, but not this one which is my main model. It gives me this error in logs as well:

    Hello.
The log shows the word `interpolator`, it maybe refer to Extended Interpolation.
Could you check the parameters set Extended Interpolation?
  • I tried setting all of them back to default linear and i still had the issues
  • But this is even affecting older backups that i've successfully exported many times.
  • Also just double checked, but they export just fine on 5.1.03 and earlier versions D:
  • Hi @Effie

    Thanks for using our products.

Could you first tell us about the PC environment you are using?
▼ For questions regarding Editor, please provide:.
    - Live2D Software Version: (e.g. Cubism Editor 4.0.01)
    - OS & Version: (e.g. Windows 10, macOS HighSierra)
    - PC Model: (e.g. MacBookPro 2017)
    - Graphics Specifications: (e.g. GeForce GTX 950M)
    - CPU: (e.g. Intel Core i7-7700)
    - Memory: (e.g. 8GB)
    - Illustration Software used: (e.g. Photoshop, ClipStudio, SAI)

Please check if the same problem occurs with the sample models we are distributing next.

Is the problematic data created with 5.2? Or were they created with an earlier version?

Finally, please store the log file with the problematic data in the data box below.

    - Windows 10
    - Geforce 4090
    - Ryzen 7 CPU
    - 64GB Memory

The problem only happens with this model all done on patch 5.1

The problem only happens if i export on 5.2 but not if i export on 5.1

  • Effie helping someone else i found the problem it seems
If you updated a model from an older version (not 5.0) to 5.2 it will NOT let you render it.
If you use the version 5.1.03 Should let you render no problem~~, I HOPE THIS HELPS <3 !!!

after you save on 5.1 i THINK you should be able to go to 5.2, not fully sure tho!! since they changed how warp deformers work... made all these problems appear >_ <
  • Hi @Effie

    I've uploaded the log now
  • Hi @Effie

Thank you for the log file.

We are very sorry, but we did not have the model data, so we could not identify the problem.

However, problems similar to your situation have occurred with other users, and in some recent cases we have been able to work around the problem by adding minimum and maximum value keys when using repeating parameters.

If you find it difficult to provide the file, please check for missing keys if you are using repeating parameters.

    Best regards.

I think this actually fixed it for me!! I had one repeat parameter that didn't have a min key and after adding it i could finally export it! Thank you <3
