I can't export model file .moc3

Hello, I'm trying to export file.moc3, It take a long time in progress but didn't get a file at the end.
I used to export once before it fine but the least time it's doesn't work.

I found some error in my log file but don't know how to fix it.
Here my log file in google drive, it would mean the world to me if someone could help me with this.

Hello, I checked your log file, I could find the out of memory error.
Perhaps Your model is very huge so Try to decrease data.
Or you can try to change memory usage.
