Live2d Cubism Editor 5.0 doesn't open

I installed a new version of Live2D, tried to open it, but it only shows an orange window, and then nothing

Live2D Software Version: 5.0
OS & Version: Windows 10, 64 bit
PC Model: desktop, Processor Intel i5-9300H
Graphics Specifications: GeForce GTX 1650
Memory: 16 GB
Illustration Software used: SAI 2
