Live2D 4.2 not opening

I haven't used the software for about 2 months due to irl stuff, but it was working at that time. I tried to reopen the software today but it's not working... I did try to search online but the problem seems to be with my "CubismEditor4_d3d.bat"? I tried to open it (even after deleting and reinstalling), and it just showed this message:

There may be a problem with the file name.
Please uninstall Cubism again and reinstall Cubism with the default settings without customizing the name or installation location.

I've reinstalled it, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working (I didn't make any changes to the file location and name this time)

Please confirm the following

- I would like to check again if there is a problem with the installation location and name. please post a screenshot image of Explorer that clearly shows where the BAT file is located and the hierarchy of the folders.
- The error is that Windows is unable to execute the BAT file, and we, as a company, do not know the cause at this time.
- Can you start, operate, and run the command prompt normally?
- If the command prompt can be run normally, please try to run the BAT file at the command prompt.
Please follow the instructions in the "Unable to extract log.txt" section of Step 6 on the following page.

Hi, I checked on my command prompt and it seems to be the root cause of the issue (I was unable to open it even from its file location). I tried fixing it but it didn't work, so I decided to reset my laptop, and it fixed the problem I had with Live2D and the command prompt. Thank you for the help.
