CMO3 Files Not Opening

Hey there! I recently recovered some of my friend's CMO3 files from an old drive of theirs and, when they tried to open some of the models, nothing would happen in the program. This is what the error log reported when trying to open one of the files.

They report that they can open other modeling files, just not the ones that I grabbed. Did I forget to grab something for the file properties? Are the files corrupted? Is there a way to fix this so they can open the files?
