nothing shows up after opening cmo3 file

When opening the file nothing will show up in the editor

i have no backup file since it's an old model a client asked me to update with new features

-live2d Editor 4.1.03
-Windows 10
-PC Asus rog strix hero III

    PC Model: Asus rog strix hero III
    Video card: (e.g. GeForce GTX 950M)
    CPU: (e.g. Intel Core i7-7700)
    Memory: (e.g. 8GB)
    Illustration Software used: (e.g. Photoshop, ClipStudio, SAI)

    There is a possibility that the file is corrupted.
    Could you please send us the model file so that we can check it?

    My profile screen will open. Click on [Message] in the top right corner.
    The message sending screen opens.
    Click on the icon [Attach file] and select the file.
    Click [Post Message] to send the message.
    (Please compress the file. If the file is too large to be attached, use an upload site or similar)
