Procreate PSD layers to Live2D take up entire canvas

I made my avatar art in Procreate, transferred it to Photoshop to add extra effects, and then added it to Live2D Cubism but each layer's red box would surround the entire canvas not just the object. I'm assuming its because I used Procreate but I know of a Youtuber who used procreate to make their Vtuber so I was wondering if anyone knows how to make the red box only surround the object and not the entire canvas.

I figured out what the issue was: Procreate uses the entire canvas for each layer and to fix this I combined each layer (from Procreate) with a blank new one in Photoshop. This made it so each layer surrounded the object and not the entire canvas just as I needed.
