[About macOS Sonoma 14.4] (Updated March 18, 2024)
It has been confirmed that the macOS Sonoma 14.4 update contains a bug that causes Java processes to terminate unexpectedly on Apple M series Macs.
As this may also affect the operation of Live2D Cubism Editor on such devices, we recommend that you refrain from updating macOS until the issue is resolved.

thanks for your interest in Cubism and for posting the whole log file! I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but could you check whether your system fullfills the system requirements? (Let us know if you're not sure how to do that).
That's your problem there mate, Intel GPU ain't good at all in OpenGL rendering which Live2D editor uses... I know I had a laptop with Intel GPU once.
Did you already try to update your graphics drivers? That did the trick for some Japanese users...
Could you please let me know following information in order for us to see the probability to solve this issue?
- The type of Cubism (Pro or free)
- OS
- GPU
- CPU
Thanks,
Thank you for interesting
I'm checking if there is something we could do.
Thanks,
There is some probability that the model not being rendered appropriately because of On-borad GPU. If GPU qualified the system requirement was equipped the software would work properly as we mentioned here
