[Regarding macOS Tahoe](Updated October 16, 2025)

macOS v26 Tahoe is now supported!
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.
Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

Live2D Cubism - Linux Support

Hello, I wanted to request if it would be possible to provide support for Linux in the future. My understanding is, since Live2D Cubism is a Java application and thus runs in the JVM, the amount of code changes required to get Live2D Cubism operational on Linux would be fairly minimal. I know myself and several other Live2D riggers have since moved to using Linux, and while it is possible to get Live2D Cubism running in Wine, it does suffer some inherent performance costs when doing so, which can become even more severe on heavier models. As more and more people move to using Linux as their daily OS, myself and others would really appreciate a native Linux version of Live2D Cubism. Thank you!
