[Regarding macOS Tahoe](Updated October 16, 2025)
macOS v26 Tahoe is now supported!
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.
Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

Hello, apologies for trying to get help from here, as it seems more focused on the app itself rather than these kinds of errors, but this is the last option i can think of.
basically, i got this error when trying to purchase a yearly license:

and i've been trying to find where to contact support, the help page seems to not have any real contact support except for the "contact us" button at the very bottom, which doesnt seem to be an actual contact page, but a FAQ page with 2 contact buttons that loop to itself.
i verified that all my info is correct, my bank is aknowledging the payment attempt, paypal is not blocked, i have the funds to make the payment, but it doesnt go through, i dont get any error code, notification, e-mail, nor any other form of info, and it feels like i've been walking around in circles for days.
sorry if the help request seems emotionally loaded, but i am unsure how to proceed now.
