help please
in Help
I just purchased the Pro license key with a debit card, but an error occurred during the purchase process. The payment went through, and I even received the invoice for my purchase, but I haven't received my license key.
Could someone help me? I need the Pro version to build a Vtube model, which happens to be a commission.
