[Regarding macOS Tahoe](Updated October 16, 2025)
macOS v26 Tahoe is now supported!
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.
Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

Can't update credit card info
I'm at the end of my rope... I cannot for the life of me update my credit card info to continue my membership, and Live2D is sending me in endless circles without connecting me to support.
I've put in the cc number with no symbols or spaces, as it demands, and I've typed my name in all caps as well, as it demands. I hit submit, and it still shows the last four digits of my EXPIRED credit card instead of my new one, and my membership is still frozen with it saying "payment error". I am simply at a loss.

In case anyone else gets confused and is unable to find the form they need:
Thank you, but I cannot find a form that pertains to changing credit card information. Should I just pick a random form, fill it out with my information, and hope..? :'(
