Live2d suddenly won't work anymore. PSD files won't open and just show the loading box, then it disappears and nothing else happens. Old cmo3 files that had no issues before load but show no Image in the preview. I have not made any changes to my PC that would affect Live2D as far as I know but here is the odd thing, in Windows Sandbox everything works completely normal, all files work and all PSD files load. I don't know what to do.

Live2D Software Version: 5.0.06 and also tried 5.2.01
- OS & Version: Windows 11 Pro version 23H2
- PC Specifications:
- Motherboard: B760M AORUS ELITE AX
- Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
- CPU: Intel Core i5-13600K
- Memory: 32GB
- Illustration Software used: ClipStudio

Tried the things in the Article but sadly did not work, so I send the log + PSD file.
Thank you for your answer.
Please check the following two points.
(i) Is the data stored on the sandbox being called up in an environment where the sandbox is not used?
(ii) Do similar problems occur with the sample models we distribute in the environment when the sandbox is not used?

2. Yes for whatever reason they do work
Thank you for your response.
Please also check the following points
(1) Is the display connected to a graphics board?
(2) Are you using an LCD pen tablet or other device in addition to the display?
Best regards.
In case anyone anyone else ever has this issue, I fixed it by deleting the Java Options in the Environment Variables, which limits programs automatically to 1024M.
To open the Environment Variables just Press Win + R, type sysdm.cpl and press Enter. Then go to the Advanced tab, then Environment Variables and then look for: _JAVA_OPTIONS under "User variables" or "System variables". Delete that and restart your PC.
The Error before stated: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap game
I'm glad you were able to resolve the issue.
The fix you have provided is fine for the Cubism Editor.
However, it may affect Java programmes that refer to the _JAVA_OPTIONS environment variable.
Please be careful when using other Java programs that were already installed.
Best regards.
