Renewal Error. Site does not update alternative card details
Hello,
This error happened a few times in the past even though my card has not expired, this happened twice the past 4 years of my annual subscription. I was able to resolve it by using my other card and if it repeats the next year i switch and use the old card.
This year, it happened again, I change my details click resume. Hours later, I get the email of payment error.
I check again try to change my card again but the old details I have to replace is still my old card. I try to change it but it doesn't update. Checking back my emails, it seems I never got a confirmation email I changed the card but even if I do again, it doesn't update.
I'm now assuming this is not a bank error.
And eventually my due ends and I get the Subscription has ended. I have an ongoing commission too so I want to resolve this as soon as possible.
