Well I just started using live2d again and the last time it was working fine but now when I reinstalled it on the same PC it doesn't work, it keeps showing that "Sorry, an error occurred at startup. Please contact Customer Support." Screen and I've tried uninstall it and it still doesn't work I've tried looking for solutions and all of them were just too confusing. If you can please respond with better solution in a simpler way I'd be glad!
Thank you for your time.

▼ For question regarding Editor, please provide:
- Live2D Software Version: (e.g. Cubism Editor 4.0.01)
- OS & Version: (e.g. Windows 10, macOS HighSierra)
- PC Model: (e.g. MacBookPro 2017)
- Graphics Specifications: (e.g. GeForce GTX 950M)
- CPU: (e.g. Intel Core i7-7700)
- Memory: (e.g. 8GB)
The live 2d version I was using was the most recent one, OS & version is windows 10, my PC model is im guessing a windows 10 gaming PC, and my memory has enough space for Live2d. The graphics specifications and CPU I'm not sure but I think my CPU is Intel Core i7-7700.
