It's a problem where you can't move your mouth when you export it to a json file.

Please understand that I am using the translator because I am not good at English.

My mouth moves well in the Live 2D Cubism Editor. Like a preview of a physical operation, or a random pose.
But when I check the viewer after I send it to the json file, I just close my mouth, but it doesn't work when I open my mouth.
Mouth opening works, but 'mouth deformation' doesn't work.
Did I work on it wrong from the beginning? I wanted to work on it from the beginning, but it was the same.
The same is true of Virtual Studios. Is it an error?
Did I work on something wrong?
Can you tell the cause?

    Hi, @peporil
    Thank you for your information.
Could you please check the following next?

・How many mouth parameters are there?
・Does it work correctly when you manipulate the values in editor for the parameter that is causing the problem?
・Are there any incorrect keys or physics operations set for mouth-related components?

    We appreciate your cooperation
    Thank you.

I will send you the working file and the moc3 file, so wouldn't it be faster to check it once?
I wondered if it was the same with other people's computers.

    Hi, @peporil

Thank you for providing the data.
We have checked the data we received and it works fine.
I used the data you had exported and had no problems.

Could you please check the following
    - Check the following pages for hints
    https://docs.live2d.com/cubism-editor-manual/fault-map/?locale=ko

    - Could you reinstall Cubism Editor?

    - Does this problem also occur in older versions (e.g. 4.1.04)?

    - Please restart your PC, close all running applications (including those running in the background), and check if the model works properly with only the mouse and keyboard as devices connected to the PC.

    We appreciate your cooperation
    Thank you.

    I tried this and that.
However, they even used the means of formatting the computer, but still the same.
    Is there any other way?
Should I send you the log?

I don't know if I set it up wrong... Can you tell me how to reset the settings?

    Hi, @peporil

I have succeeded in reproducing your phenomena.
This is a bug in Cubism Viewer.
The model represents the state of the default parameter values even though I have moved the position of the parameters.
    We apologize for the inconvenience.

The model is at your disposal for animation production, tracking, etc. without any problem.

This bug has been shared with the developer and will be remedied in a future update.

    We appreciate your cooperation
    Thank you.
