[Regarding macOS Tahoe](Updated September 18, 2025)
We cannot guarantee the compatibility of the current releases of Live2D Cubism Editor and Cubism SDK with macOS Tahoe.
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.
Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

PSD not importing and freezing
Hello i am currently Experiencing issues when i import a psd model.
Ill explain
So i import my psd model and when i do after a couple of second of trying to import it, it freezes and well yea.
Here is the log since i dont understand anything lmao-
Its been like this for over a week-
Im not sure if its either cause i tried to update my graphics card
My windows is out of date
Or the lack of ram-
And my laptop specs are:

If you are using any custom themes for Windows, please uninstall all of it.
It affects the performance of Cubism Editor.
If you are not using custom themes, please download the sample model: Mark-kun, and see if you can import it to Cubism Editor.

If you can import Mark-kun without any problem, the issue might be caused by the steps you took when creating PSD files.
