[Regarding macOS Tahoe](Updated October 16, 2025)

macOS v26 Tahoe is now supported!
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.
Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

My model won't appear in live2d

Hello! I'm a beginner. I use sketchbook to make my model. I saved it as psd just like what the tutorial told me to. But when I dragged and dropped it, there's an error:

    Hi cloveyuwu,

    The path is included in the PSD file.
    If the path is included, it cannot be import.
    Delete the path and try importing.

    Excuse me but what path, and how to delete it? Sorry, I'm not very good at digital stuff.

    Please search by "Photoshop path" "CLIP STUDIO PAINT path".
    Does not support software other than Photoshop and CLIP STUDIO PAINT.

    So that means psd files from other drawing softwares can't be imported into Live2D?
