[BUG] Editor window state messed up when you scroll outside a non-modal window and bugs post-4.0.07
If you tried to use scroll wheel on the editor when a non-modal window is open and in focus (e.g. Auto Mesh Generator or Onion Skin settings, etc) it will un-maximize the whole Editor window.
It's nothing big, but it's still bring inconvenience. It does not happen in 4.0.05.
Many people complained 4.0.07 onwards is a buggy release like the Physics Viewer behavior is slightly different from pre-4.0.05 viewer, and they decided to not to update and stay with .05.
While I personally are not affected by these bugs (well, except this one), I just want to voice people concern out there.
