Can't open Live2D?

Hi, I got these error messages when trying to open up Live2D (I've been using the same computer to open it up for a little under a month so I don't understand why this is happening now). I restarted my computer and then downloaded any updates I was missing but it keeps happening.

Your computer environment does not meet the system requirements.
Please refer to the page below for the system requirements:
https://www.live2d.com/en/#cubismspec

Please also check if the driver for the graphics card is updated to the latest version.

hello I just download Live2D cubism yesterday on another computer and it still doesn't work. Also sorry I didn't see your email cause it was in spam and that where I doesn't usually check.
