Can't export

edited February 25 in Help
Hi, so I've been working on something for roughly 3 hours now. My pro version trial ended today and I just finished what I was working on, but I can't export or save my model or animation. I've checked to see if anything I have in my model or animation uses any pro version features, but they don't. Here are my model statistics:

<< Common Data >>
Number of Parts : 7

<< Deformer Data >>
Number of Warp Deformers : 0
Number of Rotation Deformers : 11
Number of Interpolations in Deformers : 75

Number of Deformers with Only One Draw Element : 5
Number of Deformers with Only One Deformer : 0
Number of Deformers with No Content : 0

<< ArtMesh Related >>
Number of ArtMesh : 29
Number of Interpolation ArtMesh : 173
Number of Vertices : 1364
Number of Polygons : 2071
Number of ArtPath:0
Number of ArtPath's control points:0

<<Relating to Clipping Masks>>

What should I do?

  • Hi @xokamixo ,
    Thank you for reaching out.

There are 2 possible causes of this issue.

-The editor is launched as the version with limitations in features.
If you launch the editor by clicking the button saying “Start Pro Version Free Trial” after your trial period ended, the software will be launched as the version with limitations in features.
In this version, you will not be able to save or export files.

-Any of the parts of the model you were working on exceeded the limitation of the FREE version.
    https://www.live2d.com/en/comparison/
In FREE version, there are limitations in features.
There will be a dialogue shown upon saving or exporting the files if there are any parts that exceeds the limitation.
Please refer to that dialogue and fix the parts to be within the regulations
