Tiny UI (I've searched)

I looked around and found others with the same issue. The UI is unreadable for me (screenshot included). One resolution I found was a screenshot for someone else's post, showing they need to go into "Compatibility", then "Change High DPI Settings", then "System (Enhanced)" and that should fix the issue, which it did for them. But not for me. There is no 'compatibility' option that I can find, or anything else about DPI settings or enhanced system.

I'm hoping it's there and I just can't read it because it's so small; if anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it.

I'm currently having the same problem I really don't know what to do, I saw somewhere else where it said press "Cubism Editor.exe" to take you to the properties tab to change it, but I can't find that either.
