Editor wont open (4.0.07)

I havent started using it, but it wont start up for me at all from the get-go
all it does is show its splash screen for a couple of second, then nothing happens

Details =
- Live2D Software Version: 4.0.07
- OS & Version: Windows 10
- PC Model: Asus Omen 15
- Graphics Specifications: RTX 2060
- CPU: Intel Core i7-7700
- Memory: 16 GB

i also attached the Java crash log and the Editor's log

I'm having the same issue with the same error message, hope someone can provide an answer. I've tried reinstalling the program and deleting the folder that's in AppData.

Okay, I fixed the problem by updating Windows, completely uninstalling my AMD software and reinstalling it.
