[Regarding macOS Tahoe](Updated September 18, 2025)
We cannot guarantee the compatibility of the current releases of Live2D Cubism Editor and Cubism SDK with macOS Tahoe.
We advise against upgrading your macOS at this time as it may cause Live2D products not to function correctly.
Upgrading macOS can also cause you to lose your Cubism Editor license file.
Please make sure to deactivate your Cubism Editor license before upgrading the macOS.

Live2D Cubism Editor 4.0 will not open

I try and open up Live2D, the splash screen comes up but then I get an error saying "Sorry, an error has occurred at startup. Please contact Customer Support."
I was able to use this program a couple days ago, this only started today when I tried to open it.
I tried reinstalling the program but it didn't help. Can anyone help me?
