Please refrain from upgrading macOS, as it may not operate properly.
Having problems when exporting .moc3
I rigged the model and exported as .cmo3 file normally, no problems. Then I tried to export for runtime (.moc3) and it didn't save. The "saving" window closed by itself and I didn't get the .moc3 file. (I recorded a video showing this but I can't put it here apparently.)
I tried multiple times and the same happened everytime. The files were nowhere to be found in the entire computer.
I tried exporting in another folder, with different names, exporting a copy of the file instead of the original, etc, and the same happened no matter what I tried.
I also tried exporting a different model to see if the problem was on Live2d Cubism itself, and the other model exported normally.
I should also note that I'm using the free trial and I still have 14 days before it runs out.
I always do my models this exact same way and never had this problem before.
Specifications:
* Windows 10
* Live2d Cubism version used: 4.0.06
* Illustration Software used: FireAlpaca and Autodesk Sketchbook (Android verson)
I still have all the files if needed.

Thank you for your interest in our products.
Can you attach the video using an upload site or something similar?
I would like to see the behavior of Cubism Editor.
Best regards.

I had the folder already open in the video to show that the files didn't export, but when I don't have it open normally it opens by itself and the exported files are there. In the case of this specific model, the folder doesn't open, I don't get the files. In fact, the saving screen just closes and nothig else happens.
I still want the version of the model with the glue tho, so if there's any way I can fix the problem I'd like to try
Thank you for the reply!
Would you be willing to DM me a model using your glue?
Best regards.

(Please compress the file. If the file is too large to be attached, use an upload site or similar)
Thank you for sending me the model files.
I've checked it!
There was a issue with the export due to too many characters in the Glue ID.
Changing the Glue ID to 63 characters or less will improve the issue.
Also, you are usually only allowed to enter the number of characters in the ID within the specified range.
It is likely that there was some kind of glitch that caused the ID to be set to a larger number of characters than specified.
We will proceed to investigate this problem in detail.
For the sake of research, I may ask you again in this discussion.
We hope that you can help us again in that case.
Best regards!
