Some textures on the atlas don't show up in Cubism Viewer

Hi, I'm having an issue where a texture is missing from my final exported model & when I view it in Cubism Viewer the texture doesn't show up even though it is in my texture atlas.

It's my first time fiddling around with the program so I'm not sure if a parameter is wrong or if I set it to hidden, but I can't find anything.

Software: Pro Editor/Viewer 4.0.06 (trial)
OS & Version: Windows 10
PC: Legion Y7000P
Graphics: GeForce GTX 1060
CPU: Intel i7-8750H
Memory: 16GB
Illustration Software: Photoshop

The body size is very big (2366x1925px) so I tried making a new texture page or making the overall texture size bigger (8192 x 8192) in order to place it. You can see in the screenshot my texture png includes the body image but it doesn't load in the Viewer.
