I can't import psd file to Live2

Hello. I am new to editing with Live2D Cubism and I ran into a problem. When I try to drag my psd file into Live2D, the loading bar shows up for a second and then just dissapeares.
I use Live2D Cubism editor 4.0.06 FREE version.
The psd I'm trying to import is made with autodesk sketchbook, but I already tried using other programs. I also made sure autodesk sketchbook supports psd files.
I really hope someone can help me. It would be appreciated a lot.

So, i found out the files color mode has to be RBG and Color channel setting is 8bit/channel. But I don't know how to change that. I can use Autodesk Sketchbook and Photopea. Can anyone help me??

I have had the same problem. I have yet to find a solution and you are the only other person I have seen report this problem

I use the same art program and have found no help either!! I've caved in and am now getting Photoshop seeing as it's one of the only programs that actually works with Live2d. Such a shame..

I found the problem. If there are any folders in your psd-file it can't import. That's how I fixed it. Also the only drawing program that works for me is Ibispaintx.

Please check the manual here.
Follow the rules to create the data.
Use CLIP STUDIO PAINT or Photoshop as a drawing application.
Other drawing applications are not supported.
