Can't seem to download Cubism SDK on Unity properly.

For extracted download of Cubism SDK Unity:
There's an asset, asset.meta, and pathname for each:
For extracted download of Cubism SDK Native:
It looks alright at first sight but what's this, why doesn't it work in Unity and why is it a puzzle piece in the editor?
I would like to know how to get the proper files, or how to convert/use the files properly for Unity
