Source Image(default value) is locked

Hi, I need help of how to unlock Source Image(default value), I have been trying to find what happened to the parts, I even unlock everything in the deforms and such, what did I do wrong?

I have been doing this for 3 hours

With the target image selected, click the palette menu icon (three little bars) in the corner of the parameters palette, and uncheck "lock default deformer".

Leaving this answer because I couldn't find any mention of it elsewhere online, and eventually figured it out for myself. Hope it helps if someone else runs into the issue.
