How to add Live2D Compatibility to a Program (Ukagaka/Desktop Buddy)

Hello! I was wondering if there was any way to make a Live2D type of file compatible with a program that is called Ukagaka. It would be really cool to be able to code in this compatibility to the program to make the desktop buddy more alive. The code that the program uses is Sakura Script. I really hope I can get help for this!
