I don't know how to describe this, need help!
Whenever I move the object it tends to leave some sort of trail. Is there a way to stop this from happening, or an explanation on why this is happening? If you know please let me know, thank you!

This is the state in which the onion skin is displayed.
If you change to hide it in the Onion Skin setting, it will disappear.
