Import not working

I’ve been trying to import my file into Live2D, but whenever I try to, a box pops up instead of my files. It says, “call when modeling view is selected.”

Im new to Live2D and I’ve looked all over the internet for answers.

Im not sure if it’s because I used Krita or something else.

that still doesnt help, ive read most of the manual it doesnt have a fix to this problem
