transparent psd

hello,so i'm using live2D 2.1 because the latest version doesn't work
so when i import any psd file i see that its transparent,help!

Windows 10
Pc model: its msi and I don't know the model name
CPU: Intel core
Memory:4 gb ram
Software used: Clip Studio Paint pro

What are the specs of the graphics processor?

Cubism The PSD that can be imported correctly in the Editor must meet the following conditions.

· The storage format is [PSD]
· The color mode is [RGB]
· Color channel setting is [8bit / channel]

If at least one of these conditions is not satisfied, import can not be performed.
Also, please confirm the following points when saving the import PSD.

· Set the color profile to [sRGB]
· Check if there is no layer with the same name
· Set the layer attribute after joining to "normal"
· Combine line drawings and clipping masks
· Do not use layer mask
· [Opacity] and [Fill] are output at 100%

It also happens to me with live2d cubism 2.1.16 the model is transparent
