I just bought a license key and it give error (3, -105)
I don't have a proxy installed, I am on a private network, and I am using a freshly installed version 4.0 . I don't understand what the other posts mean by doing something to the proxy config.bat? there isn't anything to change in the .bat edditing it doesn't show anything i can change, and it won't let me open it in command console. I'm going to refund if i don't get this fixed soon.

The only way for me to get this issue fixed is by using a VPN. I have a suspicion that our ISP is blocking Live2D activation server IP, or maybe your activation server has issues with global connection, so the only way to get around this is by using a proxy server.
Out of all software I have, Live2D is the only one who are having this issue. So please check out on your backend as well. Having our paid software refuse to activate in middle of project is infuriating.
