I can't find the English Installer nor can I find the options menu
Hello everyone
I have just downloaded Live2D Cubism 3, but I couldn't find any traces of an english installer nor can I find the options menu to change the language. I've heard there's an english version out there and I'm not entirely sure but I would really like to confirm whether or not it's true, and if it is, how to get it.

EDIT: I just found the english version download on my computer :') I dont know why i suddenly managed to download the english version but at least I have it. im sorry for the post
