I used Clip studio paint for the photo editing
I put the body parts in different layers and saved it in psd file
Somehow, when i imported it in Live2d the layers and everything mixed up like a png photo
i hope someone can solve my problem

It will fail if you do [Merge and Export].
Try using a PSD file that has been duplicated and saved.
