Can I use this offline?
Live2d ver. is 3.3.03

I want to know if it's possible to use Live2d free version offline completely? I miss having that option and I don't want to have to rely on using the net all the time to use it since I don't always have internet. If not, which latest version can be used offline still and where can I find a download of it?
Though it does say offline expiration date: unlimited. Does that mean I can use it offline whenever? And if so, when I first install it do I have to login still?

[Cubism] is a specification that cannot be used offline.
