Can't Import PSD file

I really need help with this. Everytime I try to drag in a .psd file (created in Photoshop) it says it's loading for a split second and then disappears. As well as I don't have an Import PSD button like I see showcased in all the guides and tutorials I've seen for the software.

This is a log from my last attempt for trying to drag/import a PSD file.

Hi,

In order to fix this issue, could you please try import with RGB color mode?

If this solution doesn't work, I'd like you to send us the PSD and let us know about the following information.

- Application name and version you are using (e.g. Cubism Editor 3.1.02, Euclid Editor 1.2.0 etc）
- Your environment (e.g.　Windows10, macOS HighSierra etc）
- Graphic board / Video card (e.g. GeForce GTX 950M etc）
- Memory (e,.g. 8GB）

i tryed to add some RGB colors but it didnt seem to work.

If you make a PSD according to the rules, you can solve the problem.

for anyone that came to this thread looking for an answer, make sure your colour bit is at 8 and not 16 or 32, I had the same issue, and changing the bit fixed it.

i have same problem. i've change the colour bit is 8, RGB, Photoshop, and i use live2d cubism ver 2.1. Before it, i used live2d cubism 2.0. But, nothing a problem.
i hope, i got a solution

I've changed it to 8 bit,
its on sRGB,
its saved as PSD.
but I sill get this.

im having the same problem, i cant import my psd into live2d editor for some reason. My psd file is already 8 bit , RGB colours but still not working? pls help thank you
