how to export video in Cubism 3.x?

I was considering joining the annual Live2D contest and was wondering if video export is going to be available in Cubism 3.0 before November 20th?

Now we are starting preparation of Implementation step by step. However, unfortunately, we won't be able to make it by the deadline of Live2D Creative Awards 2017. I am very sorry for this and thank you for your patience.
