New sample model is unable to export moc3.
Tested with English, Japanese edition.
But other models from 2.1 is working well.

It's caused by "右肩A". Hide it, and the model is successfully exported.

More exactly, it's caused by "Glue__D_PSD3_04__D_PSD_88" in the "右肩A". Delete the glue. And it can be successfully exported.
