How is Cubism licensed?

Pretty much, how is Cubism licensed? Per-person, per machine or per what?

From what I know, Cubism uses activation keys, which leads me to think it is per-machine based.
If that is the case, do they allow transfers? (In case one computer dies)

Otherwise, is it user-based, like Unity? Or Steam?
ie. Buy once, use it as many computers and things as long you're the one using it?

It's per machine, and you can do transfer but old machine has to be deactivated first, iirc...
