Serial Number Not Working After Reinstallation

I recently reinstalled software I purchased (Cubism Editor 2 PRO for indie) and my serial number has stopped working. I can provide the required purchase information if needed. I've already tried contacting the Live2D team directly but they have yet to respond. I am hoping someone here can let me know what I can do?
