Tutorial on making head turns?

This is like the most basic movement of Live2D models but I'm still struggling to make the process quick and right
Is there any tutorial or videos showing the proper way to make head turns (in all directions)? Japanese and English video are fine, or perhaps someone in the forum want to share their technique thank you!

Yeah, I have checked that out and it's definitely useful
I'm more interested to see how is the best way to shape the face and make each head parts are blending nicely to make a nice "3D looking" turn.

Damn its 12 AM right now I can't think of better description, but I suppose you get the idea xD

there's an introduction video (although not an all directions and in Japanese) here. It's chapter 3.
And there's also the library where users share their creations. Maybe this one is helpful for checking how other people are doing it.
