Setting to toggle or change "Rotation/Warp Deformer of" prefix for deformer creation

It would be nice to have an option to omit or set what the prefix or suffix is when creating warp and rotation deformers. Having every deformer labelled with "Rotation/Warp Deformer of" at the beginning of each deformer can be difficult to navigate and over the span of a project consumes a large amount of time for people who manually remove this default prefix. I feel like having an option to enable prefixes/suffixes for naming deformers could be implemented in either the environment settings or preferably in the deformer creation window itself.

I made of sketch of how this function would work within the "Environment Settings" window however I think this option being in the "Create Rotation/Warp Deformer" window would be more accessible
